Salary: -35-40,000

An ambitious RIBA-chartered practice based in Milton Keynes is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. The practice has a diverse and expanding portfolio across a range of project types, the practice is committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtful design and technical excellence.

The successful Architect will be:

• RIBA Part 3 qualified, with significant UK post-qualification experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Skilled in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (essential).
• Additional 3D modelling and rendering experience advantageous.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under own initiative.
• Live within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities for the Architect position:

• Lead and contribute to projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages, from concept through to completion.
• Produce high-quality design work, technical drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate planning applications and liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Planning Policy, and Legislation.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.
