A well-established RIBA-chartered practice in Essex is seeking a creative and driven Newly Qualified Architect to join its welcoming, collaborative team. Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead design work across all RIBA stages

• Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical documentation

• Oversee aspects of project delivery, including site visits and contract administration

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and supporting design material

About You

• ARB-registered (or recently completed Part 3)

• UK practice experience as a Part 2 or Architect

• Solid understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction techniques

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A keen design eye with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in AutoCAD (preferred)
