Architect

Conrad Consulting have a new vacancy available for an Architect to be based from a busy Architectural practice in Liverpool. This Architectural practice have an excellent reputation and are looking forward to a busy year ahead. To support their continued growth, they are looking for an Architect (ARB/RIBA) to join their studio on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful Architect will be joining the practice to further their involvement in the Residential and commercial sectors. They have an established Senior and Directorship team responsible for developing excellent client relationships, leading to an enviable portfolio in these sectors. They now require an Architect to join the practice and continue their excellent work in this field. As an Architect, we expect the following criteria to be met: ARB/RIBA Qualified - Minimum 2 years post-qualification. Previous experience working on Residential sector. Commercial-sector too would be beneficial. Proficiency with AutoCAD. REVIT would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time-management and ability to work on projects simultaneously. A competitive salary is available at Circa £37,000-£45,000 alongside various benefits including: Enhanced holiday allowance, paid professional fees, hybrid/flexible working, discretionary bonus, regular CPD and events.
