A development focused practice with decades of delivery experience is expanding its design team. This is a design-focused environment where design, planning, development and delivery sit side by side giving you the chance to shape schemes from feasibility through to planning and technical stages. Key Responsibilities Leading design development across a range of development driven projects Producing accurate, well structured planning and technical packages Working closely with planners, surveyors and development managers Contributing to feasibility studies and value focused design strategies Coordinating consultants and engaging with stakeholders Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning frameworks What You Bring ARB registered Architect (or equivalent experience) Strong design and technical capability across RIBA Stages 2 4 Confident producing planning and technical documentation Comfortable working on complex, multi disciplinary schemes Clear communicator with a collaborative, commercially aware mindset Experience in development led ..... full job details .....
