Architect

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified Architect to join a busy and growing practice in North Yorkshire, working across a diverse portfolio of projects. The Role:
You will be working on a variety of schemes, taking projects through all RIBA stages with a particular focus on technical delivery. The position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Requirements:

• 
  

  A minimum of 5 yearsandrsquo; professional experience following Part 3 qualification

• 
  

  Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• 
  

  Proven ability to deliver projects from design through to completion

• 
  

  Confident in liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors

• 
  

  Excellent technical and detailing skills, with a keen eye for accuracy

• 
  

  Proficiency in [insert software, e.g. Revit/AutoCAD if relevant]
