Architect

Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Leeds, are seeking an Architect to join their growing team. The successful Architect will ideally have around 2-4 years'' post-qualification experience and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join a busy and thriving practice with a strong pipeline of work and excellent career prospects.The ideal Architect will have a good balance of design and technical ability, with experience working through the planning process and confidence developing projects from concept through to planning. Previous residential experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates with experience across other sectors will also be considered. The practice is particularly interested in Architects who are keen to become more involved in project running, client interaction and taking responsibility for projects as they develop.The successful Architect will be responsible for developing design proposals, preparing planning information, coordinating with consultants and assisting with the delivery of projects through the relevant RIBA stages.
