The role of an Architect:Taking projects through various stages from initial concept and planning through to technical design and deliveryProducing high-quality concept designs, presentations, technical drawings, and project documentationDeveloping designs that respond to the specific needs of SEND environments, users, and communitiesAdvising on materials, spatial strategies, construction methods, and design solutionsLiaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleAttending site visits and supporting the successful delivery of projectsContributing to the continued growth and development of the practiceKey Requirements of an Architect:ARB/RIBA qualified or working towards qualificationStrong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential; BIM experience is highly advantageousGood understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations, and construction methodsA strong design-led approach with excellent attention to detailConfident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teamsA proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to progress within a growing practiceIf this sounds of interest, then please send your CV to (url ..... full job details .....
