Specialising in Healthcare Architecture, this award-winning practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative projects across the NHS and private healthcare sectors, including hospitals, mental health facilities, primary care centres and specialist healthcare environments.Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to welcome a talented Architect who is keen to take on greater responsibility, contribute to meaningful Healthcare projects and continue developing their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:Lead the design and technical delivery of Healthcare projects across all RIBA work stagesProduce accurate, detailed technical drawings and coordinated BIM models using RevitPrepare and coordinate planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and technical packagesWork closely with NHS Trusts, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams throughout project deliveryEnsure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTMs) and Health Building Notes (HBNs)Attend client meetings, design workshops, site visits and project reviews, taking an active role in project coordinationContribute to BIM coordination and maintain high technical ..... full job details .....
