This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering a wide range of projects across: • Residential (private and volume housing) • Commercial • Education • Sport and Leisure • Community Developments You ll be joining a supportive team with strong opportunities for career progression, client exposure, and involvement across all RIBA stages. Unlike many competitors this company will give you the opportunity to lead as Project Architect with direct client management, and support from junior staff. The partners give this responsibilty and exposure earlier than others, and it is great for professional development. THE ROLE - ARCHITECT You will: • Support projects through all RIBA work stages • Produce technical drawing packages and specifications • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors • Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations • Work across multiple live projects simultaneously WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR • ARB Registered Architects with ideally 2 to 3 years post qualification experience. • Strong technical detailing ability • Good knowledge of UK building regulations • Professional experience using Revit WHAT S ON OFFER • Salary up to £42,000 DOE • Hybrid working 2 ..... full job details .....
