The Opportunity

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about delivering a high-quality output and who genuinely care about the work they produce. Successful candidates will have a desire to continually develop their understanding of design principles, technical detailing, and legislative requirements, enabling them to confidently lead project teams and work autonomously, supported by a knowledgeable in-house team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering projects across a variety of sectors and stages.
• Leading project teams and taking ownership of project outcomes.
• Working autonomously while drawing on the support and expertise of colleagues when required.
• Developing and applying a strong understanding of design, technical detailing, building regulations, and industry legislation.
• Working dynamically across multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and delivering against agreed deadlines and project outputs.
• Producing accurate and high-quality technical information using Revit.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant industry experience.
• Be highly proficient in Revit and confident producing technical documentation.
• Have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Be committed to delivering quality work and continuously developing your professional knowledge and expertise.
• Have the ambition and capability to progress into, or further develop within, a project leadership role.
