Architect

They are an RIBA chartered practice with studios in Bristol and Bradford Upon Avon specialising in the high end residential sector. Projects feature work on listed and heritage buildings throughout the Cotswold''s and Somerset for prestigious clients. Due to another upturn in workload they are looking for an Architect in Bristol. You will be taking projects from concept design through planning, technical design and construction stages. In this varied role you will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors whilst ensuring timescales are being met. We are keen to hear from ARB registered Architects who are confident working on listed buildings with strong AutoCAD skills. You will hold good sketching skills and have a solid understanding of the building regulations. This role needs someone who is able to communicate with clients on site and holds a full UK driving licence. In return you will enjoy a supportive studio with a company that has a low staff turnover.
