The Role: ArcGIS Monitor Specialist Your responsibilities: ArcGIS Monitor Setup and Configuration Install, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Monitor software. Integrate ArcGIS Monitor with ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, and other Enterprise components. Ensure proper connectivity and data flow between monitoring tools and GIS infrastructure. Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring Track performance and resource utilization of cloud-based GIS environments. Implement monitoring strategies for virtual machines, storage, and network components. Configure dashboards for real-time visibility of system health. Alerting and Notifications Set up automated alerts for critical events, performance degradation, and system failures. Define thresholds and escalation procedures for proactive issue resolution. Customer Engagement Gather and analyze customer requirements for monitoring and reporting. Provide technical guidance and best practices for system optimization. Work independently to design and implement solutions aligned with client needs. Performance Analysis and Reporting Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime, and resource utilization. Identify trends and recommend improvements for system reliability and efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 (Portal, Server, Data Store). Hands-on expertise in ArcGIS Monitor installation and configuration.
