ARB Project Architect - High-Risk Housing Projects Location: Central London Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per annumA friendly, collaborative architectural practice in Central London is looking for a Project Architect to join their team. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of design on high-risk housing projects while working closely with a small, supportive team. This is ideal for an Architect who enjoys variety, hands-on design, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and development for housing projects, ensuring high-quality, practical solutions. Manage Revit models and produce construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain compliance with ARB standards, building regulations, and health and safety requirements. Contribute to a collaborative, positive working environment and support the growth of the practice. Requirements: Minimum 3 years post-qualification ARB experience working on UK projects ARB registered (mandatory). Excellent Revit skills. Experience on housing or residential projects is desirable. Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
