ARB Architect - Data Centres

We are working exclusively with a leading UK practice to recruit an ARB-registered Architect with proven experience in data centre design. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK''s top architectural practices, with a strong track record of growth, repeat business, and award-winning delivery in the industrial

sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on data centre projects from concept to completion.
- Deliver detailed and outline designs tailored to end-users and co-location schemes.
- Work across multiple RIBA stages, including masterplanning and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and colleagues across offices.
- Ensure projects are technically robust and compliant with UK standards.

Requirements:

- ARB Registered Architect with relevant UK construction experience.
- Demonstrable track record in data centre projects (essential).
- Proficiency in Revit (preferred).
- Experience in the industrial sector (warehousing, manufacturing, energy, aviation, or similar).
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver across all work stages.
- Willingness to work from the Central Manchester office 5 days per week.
