Arable Farm Manager

We are seeking a Farm Manager to lead all farming operations on a large-scale arable business spanning over 6,000 acres in Cambridgeshire. The farm produces combinable crops and operates at significant scale, with a strong focus on performance and efficiency. This ambitious business has continued to grow in recent years, expanding its acreage and building a sizeable contract farming operation alongside its own farming. Ongoing investment across the business includes a modern, well-maintained fleet of machinery and significant investment in grain storage facilities. As Farm Manager, your role will focus on overseeing day-to-day farming operations, managing the farm team and maximising crop yields. While there will be a small amount of paperwork, the majority of administrative and financial work is handled by the farm secretary and the owner. As such, we are looking for a practical, hands-on manager who can cover all roles on the farm and lead by example. This opportunity would suit an experienced Farm Manager, or someone with proven people management responsibility on a large-scale UK operation.
