Arabic-Speaking Complex Care Support Worker Location: North London Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time and Bank Hours Available Salary: Competitive rates of pay About the Role Care4Focus is recruiting an experienced Arabic-speaking Complex Care Support Worker to join our team supporting clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across North London. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable care professional who can provide high-quality, person-centred support while maintaining dignity, independence, and choice for the people we support. Key Responsibilities Provide personalised care and support in line with individual care plans. Support with personal care, daily living activities, and promoting independence. Assist with clinical care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation support, medication administration, and epilepsy management (where trained). Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals. About You Fluent in Arabic and English. Previous experience in care is essential, with complex care experience desirable. Caring, reliable, and professional approach. Excellent communication skills. Right to work in the UK.
