As the Aquatics Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the strategic development, marketing, and sales growth of our aquatics programmes. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality delivery of swimming tuition, events, and partnerships while driving revenue and market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to boost awareness and participation. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years in aquatics or sports marketing, proven sales experience, and a strong background in managing budgets and achieving revenue targets will find this role particularly rewarding. Your ability to lead, motivate, and shape a team while working independently will be crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for reporting and sales tracking is essential, as is a current valid and nationally recognised swim instructor qualification.
