The role of Aquatics Manager at our clients leisure operation based in Essex, offers a unique blend of strategic leadership, brand management, and commercial accountability. As the Aquatics Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the strategic development, marketing, and sales growth of our aquatics programmes. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality delivery of swimming tuition, events, and partnerships while driving revenue and market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to boost awareness and participation. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years in aquatics or sports marketing, proven sales experience, and a strong background in managing budgets and achieving revenue targets will find this role particularly rewarding. Your ability to lead, motivate, and shape a team while working independently will be crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for reporting and sales tracking is essential, as is a current valid and nationally recognised swim instructor qualification.
