Approved Electrician

Our client is a well established and successful company, they are looking for an Approved Electrician to join their team.  You will be engaging confidently with customers and working independently at locations across the UK.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a background of installing Electrics within a factory / manufactruing environment.
• You are willing to work away from home when needed (accommodation and other expenses will be covered by the company)
• Extensive experience as an Approved Electrician
• Experience managing a small team
• NVQ 3, AM2 and full apprenticeship
• ECS gold card
• Willingness to complete DBS checks (MOD clearance)
• A full and clean UK driving licence

Desirable (not essential):

• Compex 01-04 (desirable)

• IPAF, PASMA, First Aid (training will be provided if you do not have these)

• 2391 Inspection and testing (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Performing lighting installations and upgrades
• Commercial and Industrial LV power installations
• EICR

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience + Overtime at x1.5
• Normal day working hours only, Monday to Friday
• Company van + Tools + Tablet
• Pension scheme
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays

This role would suit an experienced and approved Electrician / Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician.
