You will deliver high-quality teaching to apprentices studying within the construction sector. This role focuses on supporting learners through Property Maintenance Operative and Carpentry and Joinery apprenticeship standards, ensuring they are fully prepared for their End Point Assessments. You will play a key role in shaping learners futures by delivering engaging lessons, tracking progress, and contributing to curriculum development within a supportive and forward-thinking college environment. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to apprentices Teach knowledge, skills and behaviours aligned with apprenticeship standards Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) Monitor and track apprentice progress to ensure timely achievement Develop engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and course materials Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records Support student personal development and progression Contribute to curriculum ..... full job details .....
