Job Title: Apprenticeships Operations Manager (CYP) Salary: £36,000 £40,000 Location: National / Home based (Full UK driving license and willingness to travel) Job Purpose The Apprenticeships Operations Manager (CYP) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, quality, compliance and performance of our clients Children and Young People apprenticeship provision. The role ensures apprentices receive high-quality, well-sequenced training that develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by their apprenticeship standard and supports timely achievement. Our client would consider an IQA with a CYP background who is looking for their next step up. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Quality Lead day-to-day apprenticeship operations, monitoring quality, performance, risks and compliance. Contribute to the Self-Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan, ensuring inspection and audit readiness. Curriculum and Teaching Ensure CYP apprenticeship programmes are ambitious, relevant and logically sequenced, including effective initial assessment and recognition of prior learning. Monitor teaching, training, assessment, off-the-job training and English/maths provision. Develop LandD Coaches through observations, standardisation and CPD. Achievement and Progress Meet agreed retention, achievement and timely completion targets.
