Assess Progress: Conduct on-site performance reviews and workplace assessments. Manage Caseloads: Build strong relationships with learners and employers. You will You will need to be a confident assessor/tutor who can engage with a wide variety of learners and bring the subject matter to life in a creative and engaging way. You will also need to hold: a relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher an A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent) excellent IT skills teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain) IQA Award is desirable Level 2 (or equivalent) ..... full job details .....
