This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to pass on their knowledge and help shape the careers of future joiners. Working with apprentices and employers across the region, you will deliver engaging training, provide coaching and mentoring, and support learners in achieving their apprenticeship standards. You will carry out workplace reviews and assessments, monitor learner progress through digital systems, and help apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed within the construction industry.
