KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance ManagerLocation: Home / Field based (Must be flexible with travel)Salary: up to £40,000 + bonusType: Full Time, PermanentThe Role:Lead, manage and motivate a team of Health and Social Care Assessors, to achieve: sustained high performance, quality of delivery and business growth in line with our client''s standards and Apprenticeship strategy.Carry out regular observations and reviews of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI''s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.Support in the recruitment process for new team members.Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.Essential Criteria:Must have at least 2 years'' experience of performance managing a team of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Assessors.Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.Proven record of achieving KPIs and working to budget forecasts.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicleMust be flexible with travel.Please note:KM Recruitment ..... full job details .....
