You will facilitate the setting of targets to challenge the apprentice, ensuring they reach their full potential and achieve timely and successful outcomes. You will also provide support to employers of apprentices in allocated caseloads, to ensure they understand and fulfil the requirements of the apprenticeship and to support their apprentice(s) to achieve.
