Role: Apprenticeship Learning Advisor - HR/LandDWorking Model: RemoteContract: Full-Time, PermanentWe''re looking for an experienced HR or Learning and Development professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team and support learners through their qualification journey.This role is centred around coaching, mentoring and guiding apprentices - helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed. What you''ll be doing Supporting a caseload of apprentices through structured reviews and regular contactDelivering engaging online workshops and group sessionsProviding feedback on assignments and preparing learners for assessmentBuilding strong relationships with learners and their employersMonitoring progress and providing targeted support where needed What we''re looking for You''ll need:CIPD Level 5 qualificationExperience supporting or delivering HR or LandD apprenticeshipsConfidence working with groups and delivering virtuallyStrong organisational and communication skillsIt would be great if you also have:An assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or similar)Experience delivering up to Level 7Familiarity with e-portfolio systemsKnowledge of Ofsted or ESFA requirements Why this role?
