This role is ideal for an organised, customer-focused professional with experience in apprenticeships, training administration, learner services, education, or stakeholder support.As an Apprenticeship Coordinator Employer and Learner Support, you will play a key role in supporting both employers and apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey. You''ll be responsible for onboarding, learner records, progress monitoring, compliance documentation, and providing an excellent level of support to all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for employers and apprentices.Support learner onboarding, eligibility checks and enrolment activities.Maintain accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.Monitor apprentice progress and provide updates to employers and internal teams.Coordinate gateway activities and prepare supporting documentation.Respond to employer and learner enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Support apprenticeship compliance and funding requirements.Build strong stakeholder ..... full job details .....
