As an

Apprentice Quality Technician , you’ll play a key role in supporting the development, inspection, and improvement of our quality standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised qualification, learning how to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards for our global customers.What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting quality assurance across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer serviceAnalysing production data to identify trends and recommend improvementsMonitoring and reducing internal scrap and reworkReporting and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)Participating in cross-functional teams for product development and quality improvementCollaborating with suppliers and customers on quality mattersProviding support across all areas of the quality teamA passion for engineering or manufacturing (some experience is a bonus!)Strong communication and critical thinking skillsA meticulous, detail-oriented approachA proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvementConfidence to take initiative and lead without formal authorityTraining Provider
