Apprentice People Partner

We''re looking for an Apprentice People Partner to join our growing People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their HR/People career who wants hands-on experience, in a sector that truly makes a difference, all whilst working towards a recognised qualification. You''ll work closely with our People Partners and central Hub team to support our nurseries and leaders with day-to-day people matters, while building strong foundations in HR best practice, employment relations, and people development. As part of the People Team, you will play a key role in embedding Kido''s values of Listen, Learn and Lead across the organisation. This means actively listening to our people and leaders, learning from insight, experience and data, and leading with clarity, empathy and integrity. As part of our Hub team, you are a visible role model for our culture and purpose, setting the standard for how we show up, how we partner with others, and how we make decisions.
