Apprentice ManagerBased in DunstableSalary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annumFull time, permanent We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Manager for our client; an established repairs and maintenance contractor operating within the housing sector. We are seeking an experienced and organised Apprentice Manager to take responsibility for the management and development of apprentices across the business. You will oversee apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, working closely with colleges, training providers and operational teams to ensure they receive the right support, training and opportunities to successfully complete their programmes. A key part of the role will be managing apprenticeship funding, including identifying and maximising applicable CITB grants, maintaining accurate records and ensuring funding claims are submitted correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities Manage and support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding through to completion Monitor apprentice attendance, progress, performance and completion, identifying any issues and putting appropriate support in place Work closely with colleges, training providers and site managers to ensure apprentices receive the appropriate training and support Develop strong relationships with operational teams to ensure apprentices are effectively supported within the workplace Manage apprenticeship funding arrangements and identify applicable CITB grants and other available ..... full job details .....
