  • A genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail, a commitment to learning, and good teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Eligibility to meet UK security clearance requirements (e.g. UK national, 5 years residency).
  • Desirable: Level 2 engineering/technical qualification, experience with tools, CAD, DIY, or technical drawing.

What you’ll get:
  • A recognised apprenticeship programme (e.g. Level 3 Engineering Technician – Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Mechanical pathway).
  • A combination of workplace learning and college study (day release provided).
  • Hands-on experience in a real engineering environment.
  • The chance to contribute to meaningful, safety-critical projects.
  • A clear pathway for career progression within the engineering sector.

If you’re practical, curious, and motivated to start a career in engineering, this apprenticeship will give you the skills, experience, and qualifications to succeed.
