Apprentice Educator and Lecturer for Nursing Associate StandardClose date 03/09/202618.5hrs per weekLecturer Scale points : £28,273 to £42,655 pro-rata, per annum (Starting at point 34: £39,055)The RoleWorking closely with the College, learners and employers, you will support the successful delivery of Nursing Associate apprenticeship programmes, contributing to learner recruitment, retention and achievement in line with College requirements and the standards set by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. You will guide, support, monitor and assess apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring learners receive a high-quality experience and achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful completion. The role also involves contributing to the effective delivery, compliance and continuous improvement of Nursing Associate apprenticeship provision across the College.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a suitably qualified professional with recent, relevant and evidence-based experience within nursing practice. You will have experience of teaching, training or delivering workshops and presentations using engaging and interactive approaches, particularly within workplace or practice-based settings.
