We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant. Based in our Birmingham office, this role would suit an individual seeking hands-on experience in a professional services environment. You will work with our Residential Development team, a close-knit group of experts in their field.In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, coordinating all administrative tasks and connecting the dots across a wider national network. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an interest in process improvements. Your daily tasks contribute to delivering exceptional service to clients. You will need good time management to prioritise tasks and be an effective communicator, comfortable interacting with team members at various levels of seniority.If you’re looking to build a lasting career with a respected professional services firm, this role offers opportunities for growth and development. You will work towards achieving a Level 3 in Business Administration qualification with our provider Damar.Responsibilities include:Typing (including letters, legal advice, attendance notes, and legal documents), including from dictationDiary management: making appointments, arranging travel, and managing schedulesFile management: opening and closing matters, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with the organisation of business development eventsLiaising with clients: taking messages and ensuring a professional, responsive serviceThis job description is not exhaustive; the role may require other ad hoc tasks as requested.Team

Applicants will need at least five GCSEs graded A*–C/9–4, or equivalent. No previous experience is necessary; we will provide full training and support for this role.
