Appointment Scheduling Coordinator

Our client based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield is the UK''s leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of bespoke fitted bedroom furniture and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an Appointment Scheduling Coordinator to join their team!
The role is looking to start as soon as possible and will be a permanent opportunity.
This is a part time position, working 20 hours a week Monday to Friday with alternative shifts times of 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm.
The pay rate for the role is -12.31 per hour, along with monthly performance bonus.
In this role you will be at the heart of the sales journey, connecting with interested customers, booking appointments and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Speaking to customers who have already enquired about a product
- Building rapport, overcoming objections and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team
- Delivering engaging conversations that inspire confidence in the company brand
- Using MS Office Excel and the company CRM system to keep records, track leads and support daily operations
- Coordinating calendars and confirming appointments booked
We are looking for someone who has previous sales experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is motivated by targets and KPI''s.
Communication skills are key, as you will spend a lot of your time on the phone speaking to customers! As well as experience with calendar booking, using email tools and CRM systems.
