      <description>Location: Midlands | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | ADNODD Appointment of Board Members (3) The current level of remuneration is £95 per day plus travel and other reasonable expenses. Board meetings are held both in person and virtually. Two of the four annual meetings take place at locations across Wales, with virtual attendance available, while the remaining meetings are held online via Microsoft Teams. The appointment is for an initial three-year term with an average commitment of at least one day per month. The closing date for applications is 31 August 2026.
