ADNODD APPOINTMENT OF BOARD AND AUDIT and RISK ASSURANCE COMMITTEE (ARAC) MEMBERS (2) The current level of remuneration is £95 per day, plus travel and other reasonable expenses. Board and Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC) meetings are held both in person and virtually. Two of the four annual Board meetings take place at locations across Wales, with virtual attendance available, while the remaining Board meetings and quarterly ARAC meetings are held online via Microsoft Teams. The appointment is for an initial three-year term with an average commitment of two days per month. The closing date for applications is 31 August 2026. Adnodd is the organisation responsible for ensuring the provision of Welsh and English teaching and learning resources to support the Curriculum for Wales and its qualifications. Its vision is that all learners and practitioners, whatever their backgrounds, have access to high-quality educational resources that spark imagination, support wellbeing and encourage a lifelong love of learning. Working closely with partners across Wales, Adnodd plays a key role in supporting the education sector and is accountable to Welsh Ministers.
