About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) to join a reputable contractor working on major civils and construction projects in the Ipswich area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create lift plans and ensure all lifting operations meet industry standards
- Work with Crane Supervisors, Slinger/Signallers and Site Management
- Identify lifting hazards and implement safe working systems
- Coordinate lifting activities with site teams
- Review RAMS and brief all personnel involved
- Strong understanding of lifting operations within civils, construction or infrastructure
- Capable of producing method statements, lift plans and technical drawings
Appointed Person (A61 / CPCS/AP) qualification - essential
