This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the planning, management and safe execution of a variety of lifting operations within a complex and fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all lifting activities are planned, coordinated, and carried out safely in accordance with current legislation, industry best practice, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage, organise, plan and control lifting operations across the project. Develop, review and approve lift plans, risk assessments and method statements. Select suitable lifting equipment and accessories for planned operations. Ensure lifting operations comply with LOLER, PUWER and relevant project procedures. Coordinate with site management, temporary works teams, lifting supervisors, crane operators and subcontractors. Conduct site visits to assess lifting requirements and identify potential risks.
