Overview

Applied AI Software Engineer - Python, Fast API, AWS, LLMs. OB is partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS start-up hiring for a highly skilled Applied AI Engineer to join the Product Engineering team. You will pioneer the development of complex applications leveraging GenAI models. This role focuses on building software that solves business problems and shapes the product''s AI roadmap, using the latest AI tools rather than training models from scratch.Responsibilities

Develop software solutions that leverage GenAI models to solve business problems and add value to the product.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the AI roadmap and outcomes.Implement and integrate AI capabilities using Python, Fast API, AWS, and relevant tooling.Stay informed about emerging AI tools and best practices to continuously improve the product.Qualifications

5+ years of experience, ideally in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments.Strong skills with Python and Fast API.Cloud experience, ideally with AWS.Proficiency with LLMs, Pydantic, LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration tools.Computer Science/STEM background from a top-ranked university.Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of £80k-£110k.Exceptional equity and benefits package.Hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week in a Central London office.Location and Availability
