The position provides 1st and 2nd line application support, works closely with internal users and third-party suppliers, and contributes to the improvement, optimisation, and adoption of Microsoft business applications.   Key Responsibilities:    Provide 1st, 2nd &amp; 3rd Line Applications Support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365.  Support Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power BI, and related integrations.  Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
