The Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) provides technical knowledge across the full application portfolio, with a heavy focus on NEC Housing, helping to keep systems running smoothly so that operational teams can deliver services effectively.On a daily basis the Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) will be responsible for:Provide expert support across Hyde''s application portfolio, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.Lead the investigation and resolution of high-priority incidents, restoring service quickly and reducing business disruption.Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues using a structured, methodical approach.Carry out root cause analysis on recurring or complex issues, documenting findings and recommending long-term fixes.Perform approved configuration and setup activities in line with Hyde''s standards, controls and governance requirements.Support minor enhancements, defect investigations and ..... full job details .....
