External: 3rd party suppliers currently working with Lewisham, other IT suppliers, Government departments, other Public Sector organisations Main Responsibilities and job activities: Applications Lead Investigating complex Oracle HCM incidents raised by business users through to fix and resolution. Managing system developments and changes from specification through to implementation. Overseeing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, testing and other essential maintenance Coordinating feeder system integrations into Oracle Cloud within the PaaS solution. Working in collaboration with the 3rd party technical support provider Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on best use of Oracle Cloud.
