Applications Lead

Responsible to: Applications Lead Applications Portfolio Manager - Enterprise Applications Key relationships/Functional links with: Applications Lead Internal: Executive Directors, Directors, Service Group Managers and other staff across the Council as appropriate, mainly key users of Oracle Cloud in HR and Payroll. External: 3rd party suppliers currently working with Lewisham, other IT suppliers, Government departments, other Public Sector organisations Main Responsibilities and job activities: Applications Lead Investigating complex Oracle HCM incidents raised by business users through to fix and resolution. Managing system developments and changes from specification through to implementation. Overseeing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, testing and other essential maintenance Coordinating feeder system integrations into Oracle Cloud within the PaaS solution. Working in collaboration with the 3rd party technical support provider Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on best use of Oracle Cloud. Experience and skills required: Applications Lead Experience of leading on the technical management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, ORC, BIP Publisher Experience of maintaining and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business requirement and troubleshoot and fix issues Experience of using service desk systems to manage user queries through to resolution Experience of change management processes, ..... full job details .....
