The Role As an Applications Engineer, you''ll be responsible for creating engaging and technically sound 3D layouts using SolidWorks and related design tools. You''ll work on bespoke projects from initial enquiry through to concept development, ensuring solutions are practical, commercially viable, and meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include: Producing 3D plant and equipment layouts for customer proposals using SolidWorks. Integrating third-party equipment into overall system designs. Creating layouts that maximise space utilisation while maintaining accessibility for operation, maintenance, and cleaning. Working closely with the Sales team to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions. Producing flow diagrams and material flow visualisations to support customer proposals.
