The RoleAs a Machine Tool Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for machine programming, setup, testing, installation, and customer support across a range of CNC grinding and machining applications.Understanding and writing CNC programs, mainly Siemens 840 controlsGrinding and machining components to engineering drawingsProgramming and setting machines for grinding customer sample partsDeveloping processes to optimise machine cyclesInstalling NC standard machine cycles and operational dataCarrying out full functional testing of machines to internal proceduresPreparing machines and associated equipment for PDI and customer installationCarrying out machine installations, testing, and customer training globallyProviding technical sales support including tooling and time studiesSupporting customers with aftersales technical supportAssisting with product improvements and development activities ..... full job details .....
