You will work closely with the sales team and customers to demonstrate machining capabilities, develop machining strategies, and deliver customer training.The role is ideal for someone with hands-on EDM machining experience who enjoys problem solving, working with customers, and travelling across the UK.Key Responsibilities Support the Sales Team with Technical proposalsGeneration of Time Studies for customer''s componentsDevelopment of Test Cuts and Standard Machine Demonstrations within the showroomDemonstrations and Presentations at Trade shows and ExhibitionsDelivery of the Turnkey Engineering package that accompanies the Machine Tool sale.Planning of Machining Strategy, CNC programming, attaining AcceptanceResponsible for Customer Training with respect to Machine Operation, Programming and Preventative daily maintenanceSelection of tools and work holding, optimising the process parameters for customer parts.
