Applications Engineer - CAM Permanent Full-Time
Salary - Circa -30,000 DOE + -6k car allowance + OTE
Location - Hybrid in either Belfast, Dublin, Leamington Spa, Fareham, Aylesbury or Caldicot

Due to continued growth, we''re expanding our Applications Engineering team and looking for a talented individual to deliver training, implement systems, support CNC programming, and advise clients on best practices in metal machining and CAM software.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to
- Delivering training and technical support to our manufacturing clients
- Advising on best practices in metal machining and software application
- Implementing systems for new customers
- Developing custom post-processors to meet client requirements
- Supporting the commercial team to ensure customers receive the right solutions
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Sharing your specialist knowledge to support colleagues across the technical team
- Occasional travel across the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays
Experiences required
- Minimum 3 years'' professional experience in CNC programming, setting, or operating for metal machining applications
- Proficient in CAM software such as SolidCAM, CAMWorks, Delmia, or similar
- Strong understanding of online programming using G/M code across Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or Mazatrol controls
- Experience writing or debugging post-processors for CNC programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
