Applications Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Hybrid in Corsham - Inside IR35 Role Overview We are looking for an Applications Engineer to deliver hands-on engineering support on a 6-month hybrid contract based in Corsham. The role focuses on application deployment, configuration, and life cycle management across enterprise environments, supporting full life cycle delivery from design and integration through to testing, deployment, and operational support within a secure, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications across Windows and/or Linux environments, managing installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning Support integration of applications with enterprise services including identity (AD/LDAP), databases, and networking Configure and maintain application environments across development, test, and production platforms, supporting troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues Implement secure-by-design principles for application deployment and configuration Produce and maintain technical artefacts including design documentation, build guides, and runbooks Support system integration, testing, and validation of application services, working with Service Management functions to resolve incidents and service requests Top 5 Skills Strong experience in application installation, configuration, and support within enterprise environments, across Windows and/or Linux server environments Knowledge ..... full job details .....
