Application Tester

Job Title: QA TesterLocation: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week)Contract Type: TemporaryContract Length: 6 monthsWorking Pattern: Full TimeAbout the Role:Join our client''s dynamic team as a QA Tester, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications. You will design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and security across various platforms. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will identify defects early, enhance test coverage, and streamline the release process.Main Duties:Test client applications predominantly developed using MS.NET C# with SQL Server or Oracle databases.Understand business requirements and create detailed test plans, writing and executing test cases for both functional and non-functional testing using Azure DevOps, XRAY, and JIRA.Conduct regression, functional, emergency change, and defect testing across production systems.Perform API testing, data validation, and batch process testing to ensure comprehensive system integrity.Design and maintain a test results dashboard to provide real-time visibility into project status, test execution progress, and key quality metrics for stakeholders.
