It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.What you''ll doInvestigate complex application and production issues using logs, databases, interfaces, batch processes and system behaviour.Conduct root cause analysis and trace data lineage across interconnected applications and systems.Follow inbound and outbound data flows between source systems, applications, databases and downstream consumers.Analyse APIs, file transfers, application interfaces and batch workflows to identify processing issues and data discrepancies.Understand transformation logic, processing rules and dependencies between applications and technical components.Work with development, infrastructure, vendors and business teams to resolve issues and document technical findings.What you bringExperience in L2/L3 application support, production issue investigation, incident management and ..... full job details .....
