Handle incidents, problems and change at a global enterprise level. Remain calm and analytical when faced with major incidents on critical systems.Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.Pursues and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.Provides expertise in production support and an advanced understanding of the principles of apps support.What we’ll need from you

Good technical knowledge of Cloudera stack, Kafka, Spark, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, CouchbaseFamiliarity with ITIL process, ServiceNow, ITRS monitoring and Splunk toolsService oriented attitudePractical problem solving and strategic thinking skillsAbility to communicate appropriately with senior stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat we’ll provide you
